App Policy & Community Guidelines

These guidelines explain what we expect from everyone who uses KeyMatch. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Child Safety Standards. By using KeyMatch you agree to follow them.

Who Can Use KeyMatch

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One account per person, with accurate information about yourself.
• You may not use KeyMatch if you have been previously banned.

Be Respectful

KeyMatch is for making genuine connections. Treat others the way you would want to be treated. The following are not allowed:

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats of any kind
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age
• Unsolicited sexual content or sexually explicit messages
• Spam, scams, soliciting money, or promoting other products and services

Profile & Content Rules

• Use real photos of yourself; no impersonation or misleading images.
• No nudity, pornography, violence, or other graphic content.
• No content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity.
• Do not post other people's private information without their consent.

Safety

• Never send money or share financial details with people you meet on KeyMatch.
• Keep conversations in the app until you trust the other person.
• Meet in public places and tell someone you trust when meeting in person.
• Report anyone who makes you feel unsafe.

Reporting & Enforcement

You can report or block any user from within the app. We review reports and may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these guidelines or our Terms. Serious violations, including any threat to a minor, are reported to the appropriate authorities.

Changes to This Policy

We may update these guidelines from time to time. Continued use of KeyMatch after changes are posted means you accept the updated guidelines.
